1. Built to Defeat Grade 7 Winds (60-72 MPH) – No Compromise on Strength
- Thick Galvanized Steel Roof: The double-tiered hard top uses commercial-grade galvanized steel (24-gauge thickness) that’s rigid enough to resist wind pressure of 60-72 mph. Unlike lightweight fabric or thin metal tops that tear or bend, this steel roof stays stable, even when winds whip through your yard.
- Reinforced Aluminum Frame with Locking Joints: The aluminum frame isn’t just durable—it’s engineered with extra-thick poles (1.5-inch diameter) and locking bolt joints. These connections eliminate wobble and ensure the entire structure stays rigid, so the shelter won’t sway or tip in Grade 7 winds.
- Wind-Tested for Real-World Conditions: We didn’t just design it for numbers—our shelter was tested in simulated wind environments matching Grade 7 intensity, proving it can handle the gusts you actually face (like those ahead of a thunderstorm or during a nor’easter).
2. More Than Wind-Resistant – All-Season Heavy-Duty Protection
- Snow Load Capacity (25kg/㎡ or 5.12 lbs/sq ft Snow Load Capacity): The sloped steel roof and reinforced frame can hold heavy snow, so you don’t have to rush to shovel after winter storms (no collapse risk, even with wet, heavy snow).
- Rust & Fade-Proof: The steel roof and aluminum frame are coated with a marine-grade weatherproof finish, fighting rust (from salt air or melting snow) and fading (from harsh summer sun) for years.
- No Leaks, No Mess: Integrated drainage ditches on the roof guide rainwater away quickly—even during heavy downpours—so you avoid water pooling (a common issue that weakens less durable shelters).

Gazebo Q&A
1. What is Powder Coating?
Surface Treatment: Powder coating involves applying a layer of powder paint to the surface of an object, which is then heated to melt and form a uniform coating.
Anti-Corrosion and Durability: Powder-coated surfaces offer excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and oxidation resistance, effectively protecting metal surfaces from environmental factors such as rain and sunlight.
